A gentle course to help you slow down, connect with yourself and your growing baby, and prepare for birth with calm, confidence, and compassion. This course is here to hold space for you as you hold space for your baby. Practicing Mindfulness during your pregnancy can be a powerful tool to help support you through… * Any pregnancy anxiety or overwhelm * Antenatal appointments and the preparation for your baby’s arrival * Any emotions you feel as you transition into motherhood * Building a calm, loving foundation for your baby’s arrival In this 90-minute workshop, you will explore tools and practices that support your well-being, your emotional experiences, and your growing bond with your baby. In this workshop you will Learn: * What mindfulness is and how it supports your body, mind, and baby * How you can incorporate mindfulness practices into your pregnancy, even if you’ve never practiced before * The benefits of mindfulness to your own and your baby's well-being and nervous system * How to notice feelings within your body and what that feeling is telling you * How to apply simple mindfulness practices to be more present in your everyday life and connect with your baby * Techniques to help you prepare emotionally for birth * How to use your breath to ease anxiety and tension – including breathing techniques for birth preparation * The importance of language and how we speak to ourselves * A foundation of calm and confidence that you can carry with you once your baby arrives Also included in this workshop: *A printable Mindful Pregnancy Journal Template, including reflective prompts * Self-Reflection Sheets to support the course content *An affirmation sheet for pregnancy *A mindful birth preparation visualisation *Ideas for quick and simple mindfulness practices that you can use anywhere with your children Mindfulness is a tool to help you feel safer in your body, softer with your emotions, and stronger in your intuition.
